Matthew S. Ruge, Executive Director of the Missouri Independent Bankers Association (MIBA) announced the recent hiring of Destiny Rogers. Rogers has joined MIBA as Development and Events Coordinator and began work Monday, May 8, 2023.

Destiny comes to MIBA from SERVPRO where she was a Marketing Sales Representative. In her new role at MIBA, her responsibilities will primarily include the oversight of the development and implementation of MIBA’s educational meetings and various other events. “Destiny’s marketing and sales background along with her customer service skills will be a great asset to the association and we are excited to have her as a part of our team,” stated Ruge.

Destiny enjoys spending time on the lake with her family, friends and her three dogs as well as reading books, exploring the world through travel, being an active mom and tackling DIY projects. She is a native of Indiana who has been living in Missouri for 10 years and has loved every minute of it. She is thrilled to be joining the MIBA team and for the opportunity to use her education as well as her creative and interpersonal skills to connect and teach others to find resources that will allow them to grow and succeed.
