Matthew S. Ruge, Executive Director of the Missouri Independent Bankers Association (MIBA), announces the recent hiring of Jessica Rogers. Rogers has joined MIBA as Communications and Membership Coordinator and began work Monday, Jan. 24, 2022.

Jessica comes to MIBA from Weber Management, where she was an Administrative Assistant to HR and Account Payables. In her new role at MIBA, her responsibilities will include oversight of the association database, memberships and serving as the liaison between the association and its members. “Jessica’s communications and customer service skills will be a great asset to the association, and we are excited to have her as a part of our team,” stated Ruge.

Jessica enjoys spending her time outdoors when she is not attending her kid’s sports. Jessica and her husband, Jimmy, reside in Loose Creek, MO, along with their children, Abby and Beau.
