FCNB Bank Promotes Kelly Hohe
FCNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Hohe to the position of assistant vice president and branch and community relations officer. In her new position, Kelly will play a vital role in fostering cohesion across all branches, improving marketing efforts at the branch level and enhancing community involvement to grow deposits, as well as a member of the management committee and marketing committee.
Since joining FCNB in June 2019, Kelly has served as assistant branch manager, branch manager and head of digital marketing and community relations. She is a graduate of William Woods University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in marketing in 2003, and a Master of Business Administration in 2006. With over 18 years of experience in the financial, retail and sales industries, Kelly specializes in customer relations, staff management, product development, public relations and marketing initiatives. She is active in the Rolla community through the St. Patrick’s Church and School, Rolla Chamber of Commerce, Wreaths Across America, Rolla Public Schools and athletic programs.
Kelly and her husband, Kenny, reside in Rolla along with their five children: Reese, age 13, Gibson, age 13, Landry, age 10, Boyer, age 6 and Atleigh, age 6.

FCNB Bank Promotes Paige Ceja
FCNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Paige Ceja to assistant vice president at the Rolla North Financial Centers. In her current position of elite banking manager, Paige oversees the daily administrative functions of the branch, focusing on customer service enhancements and assisting customers with financial needs.
Paige joined FCNB in February 2020, serving in the previous positions of personal banker, lending assistant, elite banking specialist, elite banking supervisor and elite banking manager. She has eight years of financial experience, has completed several courses through Columbia College and is a graduate of Dixon High School. Paige enjoys reading, painting, watching movies and spending time with her pets and her husband, Thomas.

FCNB Bank Promotes Tommy Murphy
FCNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Tommy Murphy to vice president and information technology officer. Based in the Steelville Financial Center, Tommy will assist in the administration of the technology infrastructure for all divisions of FCNB, providing in-house technical support, management of hardware and software applications and conducting employee training of financial systems.
Tommy began his career with FCNB in 2019, previously serving as internal auditor, human resources assistant and AVP of operations. Tommy graduated from Steelville High School and received his Associates of Arts from Mineral Area College. Tommy is a certified community bank internal auditor (CCBIA) through the Independent Community Bankers Association, serving on the Missouri Bankers Association Compliance Committee, and is a 2024 graduate of MBA’s School of Bank Management. With 23 years of experience in the financial and retail services industries, Tommy specializes in the areas of management, customer service, employee relations, inventory and financial management. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his 1968 Ford Mustang and spending time with family and friends.

FCNB Bank Promotes Troy Suermann
FCNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Troy Suermann to collections representative based at the Eureka Financial Center and assistant vice president! In his new position as collections representative, Troy will work in conjunction with the lending department and loan officers to create an exceptional experience for customers, assisting with collections, payments and other lending functions.
Troy began his career with FCNB in September 2017 and has held the positions of teller, personal banker and assistant branch manager. He is a 2015 graduate of St. Clair High School and attended East Central College. Troy has previous experience in customer service and retail sales as a department head at a local hardware store. In his free time, Troy enjoys sports of all kinds, even curling during the Winter Olympics, playing the drums, going to the range to shoot and spending time with family, including his wife, Marissa, and son, Felix.

FCNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Swindell to assistant vice president. In his current position as elite banking manager, Will oversees the daily administrative functions of the Eureka Financial Center, enhances the customer service experience and assists customers with financial needs.
Will joined FCNB in October 2023 and has over nine years of management and customer service experience, with three years in the banking industry and six years as associate manager at Loeb’s Mill. He is a graduate of Kirkwood High School and received his associate degree from St. Louis Community College. In his free time, Will enjoys hiking, bow fishing, watching the Blues or 49ers, and spending time with his fiancé, Billie Meyer, and their 15-month-old son, Leo James.
