Now in its 20th year, this award continues to honor institutions that demonstrate excellence across three pillars of impact: employee involvement, community engagement and financial contribution. The dedicated judging panel — comprised of Jennifer Smithson and Carrie Hutcherson of F&C Bank, Tom Klebba of Legends Bank, and Charla Whalen-Mueller of Bank of Old Monroe — utilized their knowledge and expertise in their assessments, and one theme continually rose to the top: community involvement.
