Luke Roling Hired as Assistant Vice President/Loan Review Officer

Luke Roling, Assistant Vice President/Loan Review Officer, began employment with MIB Banc Services LLC in November 2023. Currently, he assists community banks with loan reviews and lending compliance audits.

Luke has over 10 years of experience in banking, joining from Hawthorn Bank, where he held the title of commercial loan officer. Before that, he was a loan officer at Farmers Bank of Lohman, originating ag, commercial, mortgage and consumer loans. Luke began his banking career as a teller while going through college before being promoted to direct loan assistant and floor plan coordinator.

Luke earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, from which he graduated with honors.

Luke is a 2017 graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) School of Compliance Credit Module.

Risk Management Firm Ranks MRV Banks No. 3 in Nation Among Community Banks

CB Resource Inc., a risk management firm, has ranked MRV Banks third on its CB Top Ten™ list of community banks with assets between $500 million and $1 billion. The firm identifies the top 10% of community banks throughout the nation and provides industry insights to promote and enhance overall performance. Mid America Bank Promotes Kolb to Wardsville Branch Manager

Mid America Bank is pleased to announce Michelle Kolb has been promoted to Branch Manager of its Wardsville Branch. In this role, Kolb will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and sales functions of the branch. Additionally, she will lead the branch in making sales calls, conducting training, processing transactions and setting up new accounts.

Kolb brings seven years of banking experience to her position. “I enjoy helping our customers with their banking needs and building relationships,” says Kolb.

Kolb is a graduate of Linn High School and attended Lincoln University. She resides with her husband and three children on their family farm near Meta, where they raise cattle and chickens. When not busy on the farm, she is passionate about supporting the Children’s Tumor Foundation. She and her husband serve on the fundraising committee in support of the cause.
